Question: Who told man to translate the Bible?

Answer: The answer to your question as to who told man to write the Bible is a simple one -- God told man to record the inspiration of The Spirit of God to man. You will find that clearly stated in 2 Timothy 3:16 and 17. God simply states that ALL scripture is given by the inspiration of God.

In the book of Revelation also, when God instructed John to write what He (God) instructed him to write, according to Revelation 1:1 and verses 9, 10 and 11.
