Question: How do you know if you are doing the will of God?Answer: The question does not give any information about the person who asked it, so we will begin at the beginning.
First, have you been born again? (John 3:3). If so, we can go on; if not, you must start there. Give your heart and life to the Lord Jesus Christ. He said that if someone wants to do God's will, he will know what to do. (John 7:17).
There are some things that are fundamental. If you know that Jesus is your Savior, then you must have a prayer relationship to God. Secondly, you need to be in a true, Bible-believing church, and under the care of a godly pastor.
Do all the things that you already know are right, and God will give you more light and understanding. God has given you His Word to guide you, and also has put His Spirit in your heart to guide you into all truth. (Galatians 4:6).
