Celebrating ThanksgivingGreetings in the name of Lord, Jesus Christ. I would like to wish you all a great and joyous Christmas and a wonderful New Year!

We celebrated Thanksgiving with each class. The children had their first taste of pumpkin pie, cornbread, and pumpkin bread. I told them how the pilgrims came to the new country so they could worship the true living God. Each class had their own reading about the landing of the pilgrims, even the adults. For the adults we had turkey, dressing, cranberry sauce with corn on the cob and cornbread, etc. They enjoyed it and I was able to show them how the Lord God provides for His believers.

Children's classWe have rearranged the time so the children could have more time in study, but also they get more Bible. Before they had Bible once a week with their class but now they are taught three or two times a week, depending on the classes they are in, and receive Bible every class. We call the younger class, Cubs, and the older class Bears.

From adult class Translator Two young men, Andrew and Gus, are translating for me. They are an answer to prayer. But we are still in need of someone to translate on Saturday for junior High students.

Children's ministry In our adult classes, we have two new students, one who is a Christian. We study Bible our first hour and then words and reading comprehension. They love the Bible study and they are drawing closer to the lord. The Holy Ghost is opening up their understanding.

We have been going through a lot of changes here because we are in such a great need of someone from the US to come and help teach these children. I’ve asked your prayers many times for this and you have been so faithful in doing so. Please continue.
