Question: I would like to know what is the sign of the Messianic Kingdom?Answer: I am not sure if I fully understand your question. I will try to give you what I believe you are asking.
The Messianic Kingdom is the 1000 year reign of Christ here on earth (Revelation 20: 4). It is described in several passages of Scripture. It will occur after a 7 year period of great tribulation here upon earth. That being God's wrath against those who have rejected His Son as Savior (2 Thessalonians 1:6-8). It will also be a time in which God will again turn back towards Israel, His chosen people. It is likewise called Jacob's Trouble in scripture.
After the 7 years of great tribulation, Christ will come back with His saints, riding upon white horses (Revelation 19:11-16) to establish His millennial reign, or His Messianic Kingdom.
Some signs of His Messianic reign may be found in such places as Isaiah 11; Zechariah 14; and Matthew 24. It is a time of peace and a time in which the curse has been removed. Oh for that time to come!!!
