Question: My daughter has asked about unicorns and if they are something a Christian should enjoy. I would appreciate any help you may offer.Answer:

I have heard different rumors that the unicorn is associated with New Age and other religions. I'm not sure of that but, simply looking in the dictionary sheds some light on this cute little animal that all little girls seem to like.
The simple definition is: "Having one horn. A mythical animal generally depicted with the body and head of a horse, the hind legs of a stag, the tail of a lion, and a single horn in the middle of the forehead."
If I were to think of something like this rationally, I think I would have to say that a creature made up of at least 3 different animals plus another unusual item (horn in the middle of the forehead), plus the fact that it is considered mythical, would not be on my list of favorites. That is just MY point of view. I'm sorry that I can't give you something more concrete. I would encourage you to pray about it.
